Business Development Executive – Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and generate business.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • To explore the business opportunities in an Organic and Inorganic way.
  • Strengthening the organization brand and improve the visibility of the company.
  • Engage in improving the client servicing levels (existing & new clients) in line with business strategies and goals.
  • Responsible for Generating leads and manage a healthy pipeline, by meeting clients in person on a regular interval.
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and initiating conversations about the companies services.
  • Pursuing the prospective clients for conversion.
  • Achieving the conversion ratio as per business strategies.
  • Building and improving relationships with Clients & Trusted partners.
  • Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Business Acumen & Networking Influencing and convincing.
  • High proficiency in Business presentation & communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office and Other relevant tools to do the job efficiently.
  • Go getter and result oriented approach with conviction.
