The Drupal website was managed and maintained to support MGAQ’s ongoing content and community requirements. The platform provides access to a wide range of information, including resources, news, events, newsletters and membership-related content.
RSS feeds were configured as part of the site’s email workflow, allowing relevant website updates to be incorporated into subscriber communications. This provided a more structured way of distributing new content while reducing the need to manage every communication as a separate process.
A newsletter subscription system was configured so visitors can register for MGAQ communications. The dedicated MessaGes Mailing List lets visitors enter their details to receive the monthly newsletter and upcoming news and events directly by email — supporting MGAQ’s primary form of communication with members and the community.
PayPal payment functionality was integrated to support online transactions such as membership, while also supporting other payment methods where applicable. Members can make annual membership payments through the website, extending it beyond an information-only platform.
